At LABFRESH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stain and odor-repellent gear. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Exchange or Refund

  Select whether you would like a different size, a store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your receipt; we will process your request within 5-10 business days of arrival.
